John's strong technical background has been focused on IP Telephony, Contact Centres, Video Conferencing and complex technical solutions. His certifications include ShoreTel, Nortel, Avaya, Cisco, Mitel, Tandberg and Telecommunications Management. As a Sales and Marketing Technologist he is able to simplify the complexities of CRM and Marketing Automation solutions. His educational background includes a degree in electronics engineering and telecommunications at Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology, where he also held a teaching position. Recent educational endeavors include several Sales and Marketing business programs at the Schulich School of Business. John is also skilled as a Sales and Marketing Technologist bringing Sales Automation and Marketing Automation tools together to drive revenues.
